GOOD NEWS FROM CYCLING POLLS

Westmounters were polled on three topics, maintaining the winter bike path, installing Bixi stations, and including cycling and walking in the upcoming Master Traffic plan.  All three areas showed support from citizens polled. See here

BIXI COMES TO WESTMOUNT!

The Westmount Walking and Cycling Association has worked very hard to get Bixi stations in Westmount.  We are happy that the city has agreed to begin the relationship with Bixi.  We think it is a sign of their willingness to promote Active Transport in the city and hope that with time the numbers of stations will increase.
